ChemDesign Products Inc. broke ground on Feb 1st, 2020 for its brand new 25,000 sq. ft. technology center. Keller Incorporated is leading the design & build in conjunction with fellow Northeast Wisconsin companies Mach IV, Tom Van Handel Corp, JT Schmidt, Ideal Air, and Faith Technologies. The construction process should take eight months with occupancy expected by fall of 2020. Once finished, the building will serve as the new central hub for an estimated 160 employees, making it easier for them to interact and collaborate.

These strong results reflect the continued positive momentum of the pharma-related businesses. Lonza Group delivered on its guidance with 6.8% sales growth, resulting in a CORE EBITDA margin of 27.4% in an important investment year.
