COVID-19 STATEMENT

Dear Valued Business Partner,

During this time of necessary ongoing state shutdowns, there are many questions as to what businesses remain open and who needs to close. Being that Advanced Chemical Concepts, Inc., makes and sells ingredients to make cleaners, sanitizers, disinfectants and hand sanitizers we are deemed an essential business both at the federal level and the state level.

Pursuant to Presidential Policy Directive 21 (PPD-21) and the memorandum issued March 19, 2020 https://www.cisa.gov/publication/guidance-essential-critical-infrastructure-workforce, Advanced Chemical Concepts is a critical infrastructure supplier operating in the Chemical Manufacturing infrastructure sector, designated by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of the Department of Homeland Security as an industrial sector whose assets, systems, and networks, whether physical or virtual, are considered so vital to the U.S. that their incapacitation or destruction would have a debilitating effect on security, national economic security, national public health or safety, or any combination thereof. State of Michigan:

Advanced Chemical Concepts is also an essential business as defined by the Michigan, Executive Order 2020-21 under Section 8(j), critical manufacturing and section 8(m), Chemical Supply Chains & Safety.

We are acutely aware of the danger of this virus and as such have voluntarily closed our Ohio offices and have directed those Employees and our Sales Reps in other locations to work from home. Our Michigan plant is following all CDC Guidelines including but not limited to; no outside visitors, proper hand washing/sanitizing recommendations, daily temperature checks of employees and a daily sanitation schedule.
