Subject – VDM Response to Covid -19 Challenges
Dear Valued Customer,
First, let us extend our best wishes for you, your family and colleagues as the world manages through this global pandemic.
At this time, we are happy to communicate that none of our employees, nor their immediate families, have contracted the Covid-19 virus. Similarly, both of our manufacturing plants (in the US and in Hungary) are operating normally, making the products that are important for you and in turn for your customers.
We have taken prudent measures to protect our employees including working remotely where possible and in implementing new procedures as per CDC and WHO guidelines designed to increase disinfection and hygiene practices as well as modifying work hours and practices that are focused on improving the “social distancing” and minimizing personal contact.
As the circumstances surrounding Covid-19 are rapidly changing we will keep you informed of any issues that may directly affect you. We would ask that you notify us of any changes in your business plans or product requirements as soon as possible so that we can work to respond as timely as possible to mitigate any impacts that we can for you. Your assistance in this is greatly appreciated.
