We Have to Report What? The Impact of New Regulatory Reporting Requirements on Specialty Chemical Manufacturers
EPA recently finalized its PFAS reporting rule, which includes a 10-year look back period from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2022.
Many companies that do not directly manufacture PFAS for sale will be required to comply with the new reporting rule. EPA’s final rule imposes detailed reporting requirements on entities that have not only manufactured but imported, completed R&D work, created as a by-product, or even had PFAS impurities.
In this webinar, we will provide an overview of the rule, explain the reporting requirements for specialty chemical manufacturers, and help you understand if your company is impacted by the final rule.
