MFG Chemical Completes Acquisition of Masters Company Inc.
DALTON, GA – Platte River Equity (“Platte River”) is excited to announce its portfolio company MFG Chemical (“MFG”), a specialty and custom manufacturer of complex chemistries, completed the acquisition of Masters Company Inc (“Masters” or “MCI”) and its LiquiLogic division located in Wood Dale, IL. This is the second acquisition MFG has completed in the Water Additives space. The addition of Masters Company is a great fit and is highly complementary to the previous acquisition of Radical Polymers in July 2022.
Masters serves the water treatment market with high quality blended products, custom manufacturing, reagents and test kits, analytical services and ultra-concentrated liquids. The combined company will continue to provide its customers with the leading technologies, technical support and customer service.
