The submission period will be open from July 31-September 30. Awards are given based on specific criteria and reviewed by a panel of expert judges.
The application submission will start on Wednesday, July 31, 2018 at 5:00am ET and will close on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 9:00pm ET.
Application will only be accepted through www.performanceimprovementawards.com. No other forms of submission will be accepted.
In completing an application form, it is important to give clear and accurate information. To ensure that information is submitted accurately, carefully read the instructions.
