Pilot Chemical Introduces Maquat® SWS Detergent Sanitizer, a New EPA-Registered No-Rinse Sanitizer

Pilot Chemical Corp., through its subsidiary Mason Chemical Company, announces a new addition to its Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered quaternary compounds product line: Maquat® SWS Detergent Sanitizer (EPA Reg. No. 10324-236). Maquat® SWS Detergent Sanitizer is a nonfood-contact surface sanitizer as well as a no-rinse detergent sanitizer for food-contact surfaces. When used to both pre-clean and sanitize food-contact surfaces, a separate rinse step is not required between pre-cleaning and sanitizing.

Supreme Court Ruling Deals Blow to OSHA ETS on Vaccination and Testing

OSHA ETS Alert | Supreme Court Blocks OSHA COVID-19 Vaccine ETS

The Supreme Court reinstituted the stay of OSHA’s COVID–19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS). OSHA may not enforce the ETS until and unless there is a decision on the merits of the case from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in favor of OSHA, a decision that will be appealed to the Supreme Court.
