Gelest Intermediate Holdings is the parent of Gelest, Inc. and Bimax, Inc. (Gelest; Head office: Pennsylvania, the United States; Chair: Barry Arkles, CEO: Ken Gayer). The transaction, which was announced on April 30, 2020, has cleared all regulatory approvals.
