BPSA is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants at the 2022 BPSA Member Roundtable, July 12-13, 2022.

Our decisions and preventive measures are guided by the requirements and recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local health authorities. The responsibility for a safe and healthy event environment is shared among BPSA, the event venue, and conference attendees. Towards this end, all attendees are expected to comply with all applicable requirements imposed by federal, state, or local health authorities in Arlington, VA, and are expected to adhere to and abide by the safety precautions BPSA has implemented to protect against the spread of COVID-19.

Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after they have received a complete dose(s) of a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-authorized or -approved COVID-19 vaccination (both initially and as recommended by the CDC for subsequent COVID-19 booster shots).

• BPSA will be making decisions on other precautionary measures - such as mask-wearing and social distancing - closer to the date of the event and in accordance with the latest CDC guidance, local requirements, and venue policies.

Individuals should not attend the conference if they:
