Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through October 1, 2022 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@socma.org minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after October 1, 2022. Substitutions are permitted.

What is the SOCMA Summit?
The SOCMA Summit is a multi-day conference that provides insight into the specialty chemical industry’s most daunting challenges and provide attendees tools and insights to help overcome the barriers to success. This is an interactive event which grants attendees an opportunity to not only learn about topics on the agenda but suggest new topics and brainstorm solutions.
Hear from speakers with expertise on EHS, procurement and trade, operations, and sustainability to understand not only the challenges of today, but those you will face in the coming years. Take this opportunity to network with others in the industry to develop creative solutions to overcome and avoid impediments to success.
Attendees that will gain the most from these sessions are EHS professionals and facility managers, supply chain, procurement and international trade experts, and executives charged with overall operations of the company or business unit.
Where will the event be held?
The 2022 SOCMA Summit will be held at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans on November 14-16. The SOCMA room rate at the Royal Sonesta is $199/night over the meeting dates.
When will the SOCMA Awards Dinner be held?
This year’s dinner honoring SOCMA Performance Improvement Awards will be held on Tuesday, November 15 as part of the Summit.
How are speakers and presenters selected?
SOCMA has a programming committee comprosed of experts in environmental, health and safety, manufacturing and operations, policy, and those supporting the specialty chemical industry community. Presentation topics are reviewed and approved by the committee.
How do I register?
