Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted through September 23, 2024 and may be made to SOCMA at meetings@socma.org minus a $150 processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted after September 23, 2024 based on obligations the conference venue. Substitutions are permitted.

Where will the event be held?
The 2024 SOCMA Summit will be held at the Emeline Hotel in Charleston, SC on October 28-30. The SOCMA room rate at the Emeline Hotel is $319/night over the meeting dates.
When will the SOCMA Awards Dinner be held?
This year’s Awards Dinner will be held on Tuesday, October 29 as part of the Summit.
How are speakers and presenters selected?
SOCMA has a programming committee comprosed of our membership. Presentation topics are reviewed and approved by the committee.
